Listening Touch Osteopathy

About me…

My name is Deanna Spencer but I often add my maiden name Bergman as many local people still knows me as Deanna Bergman.  I was born and raised in the Belmont area though I left for a time and returned in 2013.  I’m the proud mother of two, Micaela lives in Killarney and Tyler farms near Birtle.  I consider myself an equestrian and have two ponies, Domino and Jazzie and we compete in Carriage Driving and Dressage and maybe someday jumping.

I’ve always wanted to help others.  In 2011 I graduated from Assiniboine Community College with my Practical Nursing.  Currently I work part time as an LPN at a local Personal Care Home.  In 2020, frustrated with suffering with chronic pain in my hips, back and knees and seeing my coworkers suffering with chronic pain too, I enrolled in the National Academy of Osteopathy.  In August 2021 I attended the two week practicum in Toronto at the National Academy of Osteopathy after studying all year online and graduated with a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice.  I have also completed extra clinical hours with local Osteopathic Manual Practitioners in Manitoba.  Currently I am furthering my knowledge by taking my Integrated Manual Therapist certificate through the Brookbush Institute.

My clinic is located in my house at 433 Joseph St. on the north end of Belmont.  I look forward to meeting you and using my skills as an Osteopathic Manual Therapist to help you.
